ADULT POTTERY & CERAMIC CLASSES

I have no clay experience.  I have taken a few classes, but it was years ago. I have little understanding of the difference between coil build, slab building, building with molds, or throwing on the wheel.

I have taken several clay classes. I feel comfortable enough in clay to be able to make basic forms.  I have some knowledge of clay related terminology but am looking to have a better understanding. I am comfortable working independently.

I have taken several clay classes within the past several years. I feel confident working with clay but am looking to expand my knowledge and skill set.  I am confident working independently.

Take some time to reacquaint yourself with the pottery wheel. Use this time to try new ways of using this machine as a tool to create pottery, sculpture or some fantastical combination of both. I hope to open the possibilities of creating and loosen the sometimes rigid focus of making pots and learning the wheel. Lets have some fun! This class is for students who have some wheel experience and are looking to grow their throwing confidence.
