The core programs of the Carbondale Clay Center are weekly classes,
workshops, community outreach, and the artist residency program.
Fundraising events and activities take up the rest of the time of
daily life at the Clay Center.
The yearly schedule includes weekly classes, 2-4 workshops, three
major fundraising events: Pairings (March), Cajun Clay Night (July); and our Benefit Cup
Ongoing are various types of special use and community outreach
activities that utilize the Clay Center facility. The Clay Center is
an active and lively place, and we believe there is both the
potential, and need, for its programs and facilities to grow.
